We started buying briskets from My Rancher last year for competition BBQ contests. We had purchased our meat from grocery stores and the "big box stores" and had hit & miss luck with them. Sometimes no matter how much rub and injection we used there was still no flavor to the beef. We looked online and found My Rancher and decided to try the briskets. The flavor is consistently in the meat and we are consistently in the top 5 to 10 at the KCBS contests. Our latest contest in Stillwater, OK received a 1st Place. We gladly make the trek from Dallas to Greenville for our briskets.
